摘要: 研制了一种新型的氧化聚乙烯蜡设备,利用布风板,增加气液接触面积的同时,代替了传统反应工艺中的机械搅拌。与传统氧化反应工艺相比,新型反应工艺反应速率更快,增加了气液接触面积,使得反应得以更均匀的进行。通过布风板将气体进行分散,气液充分接触起到搅拌的作用,使得反应可以连续进行。通过分析不同条件的产品酸值,得到了进口空气温度对于反应的具体影响。通过对反应过程中气泡的行为进行采集分析,引入气液等效表面积这个参数,解释了气体分布器在反应过程中对于结果的影响。结果表明,将进口空气温度与反应温度保持一致能够大大减少反应的激发时间,使得酸值快速上升,但较高的进口空气温度会使得产品在长时间加热下变质,形成的氧化基团被破坏,长时间氧化使得酸值下降;在相同的氧化时间与氧化温度下,G3布风板尺寸得到的产品酸值为最高,且气液等效表面积也为最大。

Optimization of the New Process of Oxidized Polyethylene Wax

Abstract: In this paper, a new type of oxidized polyethylene wax equipment has been developed, which uses air distribution plate to increase the contact area of gas and liquid, instead of mechanical stirring in the traditional reaction process. Compared with the traditional oxidation process, the reaction rate of the new reaction process is faster, the gas-liquid contact area is increased, and the reaction can be carried out more evenly. The gas is dispersed through the air distribution plate, and the gas liquid is fully contacted to play the role of stirring, so that the reaction can be carried out continuously. The results show that keeping the inlet air temperature consistent with the reaction temperature can greatly reduce the excitation time of the reaction and make the acid value rise rapidly, but the higher inlet air temperature will make the product metamorphic under long time heating, the oxidation group will be destroyed, and the acid value will fall after long time oxidation; under the same oxidation time and temperature, the acid value and equivalent surface area of gas liquid obtained by the size of G3 air distribution plate are the highest.
