摘要: 通过开环聚合(ROP)合成了侧链含亲水基团氨基修饰的聚(乙二醇)-b-聚(N-正己基甘氨酸)-b-聚(N-烯丙基甘氨酸)(PEG-b-PNHG-b-P(NAG-g-NH2))嵌段共聚类肽。该聚合物在水中在亲疏水和结晶的作用下可自发组装形成高度均一有序的蠕虫状胶束,长度约为120 nm,而调节溶液为酸性条件下则组装形成直径约为20 nm的球形胶束。这种结晶驱动自组装行为为制备超分子纳米结构提供了一种简便方法,同时由于聚类肽优异的生物相容性,使得该纳米胶束在纳米材料及生物医学应用等领域显示出极大的潜力。

Nano-micelles from a New Triblock Polypeptoid Based on N-Hexylglycine

Abstract: A poly (N-ethylene glycol)-b-poly (hexylglycine)-b-poly (N-allylglycine) triblock copolymer conjugated with mercaptoethylamine (PEG-b-PNHG-b-P(NAG-g-NH2)) was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization (ROP). The polymer can spontaneously assemble into highly uniform and ordered wormlike micelles in water driven by crystallization and amphiphilicity, with a length of 120 nm. As the solution was adjusted to an acidic condition, spherical micelles with a diameter of 20 nm were formed. This crystallization-driven self-assembly behavior provides a simple method for preparing supramolecular nanostructures. Moreover, due to the excellent biocompatibility of polypeptoid, the micelles show great potential in nanomaterials and biomedical applications.
