甲基丙烯酸苹果酸酯光固化树脂的制备及性能

摘要: 相比于传统的热固性树脂,光固化树脂是一种分子量较低的感光树脂,可在紫外光照射下迅速发生物理和化学变化,具有能源利用率高、固化放热低的特点。因此提出了一种甲基丙烯酸苹果酸酯光固化树脂的制备方法,利用DL-苹果酸多官能团的优点将甲基丙烯酸接枝在树脂的侧链,并研究了DL-苹果酸不同含量对树脂性能的影响。合成的树脂在侧链含有不饱和双键,树脂添加光引发剂后在光照下可以短时间内固化。由于苹果酸在架构上与丁二酸相接近,所以合成的树脂具有优异的力学性能,断裂伸长率可达3852%,断裂强度可达1925 MPa,是一种性能优异的光固化树脂。

Abstract: Compared with the traditional thermosetting resin, light curable resin is a photosensitive resin with low molecular weight. It can change rapidly in physics and chemistry under UV irradiation. It has the characteristics of high energy utilization and low heat release. Therefore, we proposed a preparation method of synthesizing methacrylate malate light curable resin. Using the advantages of DL-malic acid multifunctional group, methacrylic acid was grafted on the side chain of the resin, and the effects of different content of DL-malic acid on the properties of the resin were studied. The synthesized resin contains unsaturated double bonds in the side chain. After adding photoinitiator, the resin can be cured in a short time under light. Because malic acid is close to succinic acid in structure, the synthesized resin has excellent mechanical properties, the elongation at break can reach up to 3852%, and the breaking strength can reach up to 1925 MPa.
