柠檬酸对硫氧镁水泥性能的影响

摘要: 研究了柠檬酸对不同水灰比的硫氧镁水泥浆体性能的影响,柠檬酸的掺量分别为03%05%06%。测定了添加不同掺量的柠檬酸的硫氧镁水泥流动度、流变学参数、水化热、力学性能,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了硫氧镁水泥微观结构。结果表明:柠檬酸能够提高硫氧镁水泥的流动性,延缓硫氧镁水泥水化过程,改变硫氧镁水泥的流变参数,并且掺加柠檬酸可以改变硫氧镁水泥水化产物的组成。通过研究在90%的高湿度养护条件下柠檬酸掺量对抗压强度的影响发现,对于不同水灰比的硫氧镁水泥掺加柠檬酸的样品的抗压强度均可达到空白样品的2~35倍,说明柠檬酸的掺加能够显著提高硫氧镁水泥的耐水性,这对于其实际应用有重要的意义。

Effect of Citric Acid on Properties of Magnesium Oxysulfate Cement

Abstract: The effects of citric acid on the properties of MOS cement with different w/c ratios (the mass ratio of MgSO4 solution to MgO) were studied, and the dosage of citric acid was 03%, 05% and 06%, respectively. The fluidity, rheological parameters, hydration kinetics and mechanical properties of MOS slurries with different dosage citric acid were tested, and the microstructure of magnesium oxysulfate cement was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that citric acid can improve the fluidity of magnesium oxysulfate cement and decelerate the hydration of MOS and changed the rheological parameters of magnesium oxysulfate cement. Moreover, with the addition of citric acid, the hydration products of magnesium oxysulfate cement hydration were different from that of the control sample. By studying the effect of citric acid dosage on the compressive strength under 90% high humidity curing conditions, it is found that the compressive strength of the samples with different w/c ratios of magnesium oxysulfate cement mixed with citric acid is 2-35 times of that of the control samples, indicating that the addition of citric acid can significantly improve the water resistance of magnesium oxysulfate cement, which is of great significance for its practical application.
