摘要: 合成了一系列Brnsted-Lewis双酸性低共熔溶剂(DESs),并将其用于催化松香聚合反应。筛选出催化活性最高的催化剂ZnCl2/2CH3COOH,同时考察了不同DES物质的量比的组成,DES催化剂的用量、反应温度和反应时间对松香聚合反应的影响。最佳反应条件:松香15 g,甲苯56 mL,正辛烷124 mL,低共熔溶剂5 g,反应温度110 ℃,反应时间10 h。在最佳反应条件下,聚合松香的软化点为1394 ℃。EDS与反应物分离后可以重复使用,经过5次循环使用后催化剂活性未见明显的下降。

Catalysts for Rosin Polymerization

Abstract: A series of Brnsted-Lewis acidic deep eutectic solvents (DESs) were synthesized and used to catalyze the rosin polymerization. The catalyst ZnCl2/2CH3COOH with the highest catalytic activity was selected. The effects of different molar ratio composition of DES, the dosage of DES catalyst, reaction temperature, and reation time on rosin polymerization were fully investigated. The optimum conditions of rosin polymerization were m(rosin)=15 g, m(DES)=5 g, V(toluene )=54 mL, V(n-octane)=126 mL, 110 ℃ and 10 h. The softening point of the polymerized rosin could be acheived to 1394 ℃under these optimum conditions. DES could be reused after separation from the reactants. It was found that the catalyst still had a good catalytic property after five cycles.
