摘要: 采用模拟热水老化方法,研究了聚丁烯(iPB)及聚丁烯合金管材(PBA)老化前后的微观结构及性能。结果表明,老化后PBA管材的氧化诱导时间(OIT)降低了85%,而iPB管材的OIT降低了98%,与红外测试老化后产生的酯基/羧基增加的结论一致。老化后,两者的重均分子量均变化不大,iPB的分子量分布明显增加。PBA中的聚丙烯结晶后,促进了聚丁烯的结晶并使其片晶厚度增大。管材爆破性能测试结果表明,PBA管材的爆破压力均高于iPB管材; 爆破裂纹形貌分析,PBA的爆破是以韧性破裂为主,而iPB的破裂主要是脆性破裂。PBA管材裂口处的XRD分析表明,PBA管材具有明显的取向度,并且晶型I含量高于iPB管材的。

of Polybutene and Polybutene Alloy Pipes

Abstract: The simulated hot water aging experiment of polybutene alloy(PBA) pipes was studied, and the microstructure and properties before and after aging were characterized. The results showed that the oxidation induction time (OIT) of PBA pipe was reduced by 85%, while the OIT of iPB pipe was reduced by 98%. This is consistent with the conclusion that the ester/carboxyl group was increased after aging. The weight average molecular weight of both had little change, and the molecular weight distribution of iPB increased significantly. The crystallization of polybutene was promoted earlier crystallized polypropylene in PBA and increased its lamellar thickness subsequently. The pipe blasting performance showed that the blasting pressure of PBA pipe was higher than that of iPB pipe. According to the analysis of blasting crack morphology, the blasting of PBA was mainly ductile fracture, while the fracture of iPB was mainly brittle fracture. XRD analysis at the crack of PBA pipe showed that PBA pipe has obvious orientation, and the content of crystal form I was higher than that of iPB pipe.
