不同结构烷基铝及其复配对丙烯聚合的影响

摘要: 烷基铝在非均相Ziegler-Natta (Z-N) 催化剂的烷基化、活化、活性中心的产生及结构调控中发挥着重要作用。为进一步探讨烷基铝对Z-N催化剂活性中心的结构与活性中心数的影响,研究了不同结构烷基铝,如三乙基铝 (TEA)、三异丁基铝 (TIBA)、一氯二乙基铝 (DEAC)和三辛基铝(TNOA)TEA与其他烷基铝的复配组成的Z-N催化体系对丙烯聚合的影响,采用紫外荧光定硫仪、聚合物溶剂分级、差示扫描量热仪 (DSC) 、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)等表征了聚合体系的活性中心数、聚合物的等规度、结晶熔融温度(Tm)、分子量(Mw)及分子量分布(MWD)等,发现烷基铝的复配对丙烯聚合的催化特性有显著影响:在烷基铝配比为m(TEA)/m(TIBA)=100/5时,催化体系具有较高的丙烯催化活性、高的活性中心数,并且所得聚合物有高的全同含量及分子。

Effects of Alkylaluminium Compounds and Its Mixtures

on Propylene Polymerization

Abstract: As one of the most important components in Ziegler-Natta catalyst, alkylaluminium plays an important role in the generation and structural regulation of active species through alkylation and reduction reactions. In order to study the regulation of alkylaluminium compounds on the structure and number of active species, triethylaluminium (TEA), triisobutylaluminium (TIBA), diethylaluminium chloride (DEAC), trioctylaluminium (TNOA) and their blends with different mixing ratio were used as co-catalyst for propylene polymerization. The number of active species, isotacticity, crystalline melting temperature (Tm), weight average molecular weight (Mw) and molecular weight distribution (MWD) were characterized by ultraviolet fluorescence sulfur detector, solvent fractionation, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC), respectively. It was found that the mixing ratio of alkylaluminium compounds had a great influence on the catalytic behaviour of the active species. When the cocatalyst was m(TEA)/m(TIBA)=100/5, the catalytic system presented higher activity and more active species, and the obtained PP showed higher molecular weight and isotacticity.
