空间伸缩式轮胎成型鼓的设计及分析

摘要: 在橡胶领域中颇具有典型性的是子午线轮胎,而成型设备影响着子午线轮胎的制造和使用,通过改进成型鼓使其能够实现空间伸缩运动,对其运动复杂的内瓦机构进行运动分析以此得到主要构件的运动方程式,进而明确其尺寸大小。借助MATLAB软件对成型鼓模型开展仿真运动分析,并绘制其主要部位的位置、速度及加速度线图,最终验证尺寸综合和运动设计的准确性和合理性。

Design and Analysis of Space Telescopic Tire Building Drum

Abstract: In the rubber field, the radial tire is quite typical, and the molding equipment affects the manufacture and use of radial tires. This article improves the building drum to enable it to achieve spatial expansion and contraction, and analyzes the movement of the complex inner shell mechanism. In this way, the equation of motion of the main component is obtained, and its size is clarified. By using MATLAB, Perform simulation analysis after decomposing the movement of the building drum modeland the position, velocity and acceleration line diagrams of its main parts are drawn to verify the accuracy and rationality of dimensional synthesis and motion design.
