表面修饰聚羧酸醚的层状双金属氢氧化物的合成、表征以及在普通硅酸盐水泥中的应用

摘要: 采用聚羧酸醚(PCE)对镁铝层状双金属氢氧化物(MgAl-LDH)进行表面修饰,制备了聚羧酸醚修饰的层状双金属氢氧化物(PCE-LDH)纳米颗粒作为硅酸盐水泥的早强剂。XRD表征表明,PCE修饰在LDH表面,并没有插入到LDH的层间;粒径分析表明,PCE-LDH具有良好的热稳定性;进一步研究了PCELDH表面上的吸附量对其提高水泥水化性能的影响,水泥的水化放热曲线表明,当PCELDH表面上的吸附量为1%时, PCE-LDH能够明显提前水化时间并提高水泥水化放热峰的强度;PCE-LDH的掺加量为035%即可明显提高水泥砂浆的早期抗压强度;SEMEDX结果进一步表明,PCE-LDH的掺加能够使水泥在水化早期形成更多的水合硅酸钙(C-S-H),从而提高其抗压强度。

Layered Bimetal Hydroxidex with Surface Moditied Polycarboxylate Ethers

Abstract: In this work, nanoparticles of PCE-LDH were used as hardening accelerator for Portland cement, which prepared by modifying MgAl-LDH with polycarboxylate ethers (PCE) in aqueous. Characterization of XRD showed PCE absorbed on the surface of LDH instead of intercalating into LDH′s gallery. Particle size distribution analysis showed PCE-LDH possessed better thermal stability. The effect of the adsorption amount of PCE on the surface of LDH on the improvement of cement hydration performance was also studied. Heat evolution curves of the hydrating cement pastes were got by heat calorimeter, PCE-LDH with PCE content of 10% showed obvious effectiveness for increasing heat flow and advancing hydration time. The addition of PCE-LDH with dosage of 035% can enhance the early strength of mortar due to more C-S-H formation at early stage according to results of SEM and EDX.
