摘要: 采用了连铸用长水口使用寿命数据基于威布尔分布的可靠性分析方法,并对3种不同技术方案制作的长水口产品的使用可靠性进行对比分析。结果表明,长水口的使用寿命数据服从威布尔分布,3种不同技术方案制作的长水口寿命数据的威布尔分布形状参数分别为365,399和342,尺度参数分别为450,539和407。与常规方差分析方法和正态分布方法相比,该方法可对长水口使用可靠性进行有效量化,并实现相应产品的可靠性预测。

Study on the Service Reliability of Shroud Based on Weibull Distribution

Abstract: In this article, the reliability analysis method for the service life data of shroud for continuous casting based on Weibull distribution is introduced. The service reliability of the shroud manufactured by three different technical schemes is compared with this method. Results show that the service life data obey Weibull distribution, the shape parameters of Weibull distribution of the three shrouds′ service life are 365, 399 and 342, and the scale parameters are 450, 539 and 407, respectively. Compared with the common variance analysis and normal distribution methods, it can effectively quantify the service reliability of the shroud and realize the reliability prediction of corresponding products.
