剪切速率对MPU/PA12 TPV微观相态结构及性能的影响

韩笑, 董晓坤, 邓涛*(青岛科技大学 高分子科学与工程学院,山东 青岛 266042)摘要: 采用动态硫化方法制备混炼型聚氨酯橡胶(MPU)/聚十二内酰胺(PA12)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),通过控制扭矩流变仪转子转速来调整剪切破碎效果,研究该TPV的相态、力学性能、耐老化性能和动态力学性能。研究发现,随着剪切速率的增大,TPVMPU相的形貌结构更加细致,相反转现象更加明显;拉断强度和扯断伸长率先增大后略有减小,且在60 r·min-1时拉断强度和扯断伸长率达到较大值,同时耐热空气老化和热油老化性能较为优异;TPV的储能因子增大,损耗因子减小,弹性变好。

Abstract: The mixed polyurethane rubber (MPU)/ poly (dodecyl lactam) (PA12) thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) was prepared by dynamic vulcanization method. The shear crushing effect was adjusted by controlling the rotor speed of torque rheometer. The phase state, mechanical properties, aging resistance and dynamic mechanical properties of MPU/PA12 TPV were studied. It was found that with the increase of rotating speed, the phase domain of MPU phase in TPV decreases, and the phenomenon of phase inversion is more obvious The tensile strength and elongation at break first increased and then decreased slightly, and reached a larger value at 60 r·min-1, while the resistance to hot air aging and hot oil aging was excellent. The energy storage factor of TPV increases, the loss factor decreases and the elasticity becomes better.
