两自由度冲击试验机的瞬时冲击特性

摘要: 针对防滑涂料的抗冲击性能测试需求,设计了两自由度的冲击试验机。采用理论分析、虚拟样机技术、样机实测相结合的研究方法,研究了两自由度冲击试验机的冲量、冲击时间的特性。结果表明,所设计的两自由度冲击试验机的瞬时冲击性能稳定,满足瞬时大载荷冲击的要求。即在下摆臂保持切入角63°,上扬角60°的条件下,冲击试验机的冲击时间约为0006 s,水平冲量与竖直冲量可以分别达到为1429837 N·m,两自由度冲击试验机能够较好地模拟材料所受的双向瞬时冲击特性,能够用于大载荷瞬时冲击测试。

Instantaneous Impact Using 2-DOF Impact Testing Machine

Abstract: The paper designed a 2-DOF impact test machine for non-skid systems.The paper employed virtual prototype, experimental study and theoretical analysis to study the impact characteristic and impact time. The result showed that the designed 2-DOF impact testing machine had excellent impact performance, and can apply to most instantaneous impact. The impact time can maintain 0006 s, the horizontal momentum reached 142 N·m and the vertical momentum reached 9837 N·m, when the entrance angle was 63° and the exit angle was 60°. So the designed 2-DOF impact test machine can been well applied to most instantaneous impact test.
