摘要: 将三聚氰胺和苯基膦酸作为原料,合成一种新型的含氮膦酸盐,研究其在与季戊四醇(PER)的共同作用下对环氧树脂的阻燃效果。通过进行极限氧指数(LOI)、水平垂直燃烧试验(UL94),由试验数据发现,在添加20%(质量分数)时,LOI达到了240%,UL94也达到了V1级。与PER复配时,试样可以通过V0测试。锥形量热试验(CCT)的数据表明,三聚氰胺苯基膦酸盐(MPP)与PER复配能够有效降低热释放,减少烟气的生成。对试验后的残渣进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,发现两者复配时形成的炭层更加致密。

Flameretardant Properties of Melamine Phenylphosphonate
and Pentaerythritol in Epoxy Resin

Abstract: A new nitrogenphosphorous salt was synthesized from melamine and phenyl phosphonic acid, and its flame retardant effect on epoxy resin was studied. Through the ultimate oxygen index (LOI) and horizontal vertical combustion test (UL94), it was found from the test data that when 20% was added, the LOI increased to 240%, and the UL94 reached the V1 level. When compounded with PER, the sample passed the V0 test. The data of the cone calorimetry test (CCT) shows that the combination of MPP and PER can effectively reduce heat release and reduce smoke generation. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis of the residue after the test showed that the carbon layer formed when the two are combined was denser.
