复合材料负泊松比结构的冲击力学性能

摘要: 设计了一种面内二维、空间三维的碳纤维复合材料负泊松比结构,并对其在不同冲击速度(单层板)、不同冲击位置(单层板)、不同冲击层数情景下的冲击性能进行了有限元分析。单层板不同冲击速度的仿真结果表明:碳纤维复合材料负泊松比结构的中低速抗冲击效果优于高速冲击情况,表现为低速时发生弯曲变形和回弹现象,高速时直接发生穿透,出现压碎破坏。单层板不同冲击位置的仿真结果表明:缝隙冲击的减速效果优于板面冲击。不同冲击层数的仿真结果表明:单层、双层和三层碳纤维复合材料负泊松比结构的冲击吸能逐渐增大,但是并没有出现成倍增加的效果。所得结果有利于研究碳纤维复合材料特性与负泊松比结构之间的关系。

Abstract: A negative Poisson′s ratio structure (NPRS) by using the carbon fiber composite is designed, which has the in-plane two-dimensional and spatial three-dimensional features. The finite element analysis was performed for the impact performance in different impact speeds (single layer structure), different impact positions (single layer structure) and different numbers of impact layer. Simulation results of different impact speeds on single layer structure show that the medium-and low speed impact resistance effect of NPRS is better than that of the high-speed impact. It manifested as the bending deformation and rebound at low speed impact, but it was directly penetrated at high speed impact with crushing failure. Simulation results of different impact positions on single layer structure show that the deceleration effect of gap impact is better than that of plate impact. Simulation results of different numbers of impact layer show that the impact absorption energy of single-layer, double-layer and three-layer NPRS gradually increases, but no doubling effect occurs. The results are beneficial to study the relationship between energy absorption properties, impact position and number of impact layers to carbon fiber composites NPRS.
