脯氨酸类催化剂催化2庚基环戊酮的BaeyerVilliger氧化反应

摘要: 以L脯氨酸和不同Brnsted酸为原料,通过一步法合成出一系列脯氨酸类催化剂,用于催化2庚基环戊酮的BaeyerVilliger氧化反应。筛选出具有适宜酸度和氧化性的[ProHH2PW12O40表现出最佳的催化活性。优化出[ProHH2PW12O40催化的最佳反应条件:n(2庚基环戊酮)=01 mmoln(ProHH2PW12O40)=0004 mmoln(30%H2O2)=035 mmolT=50 ℃t=6 h。在最佳条件下,2庚基环戊酮的转化率为9722%,δ十二内酯的选择性是8233%。反应结束后,用水萃取催化剂并除水干燥,便可实现重复利用。经过4次循环后,其催化活性没有明显下降。[ProHH2PW12O40可用于催化多种环酮的BaeyerVilliger氧化,结果表明[ProHH2PW12O40具有良好的底物普适性。

Abstract: By using Lproline and different Brnsted acids as raw materials, a series of prolinebased catalysts are synthesized by onestep synthesis, and used for catalyzing BaeyerVilliger oxidation of 2heptylcyclopentanone. The catalyst of ProHH2PW12O40 owing to its suitable acidity and oxidizability exhibits the best catalytic activity. The optimization is carried out to obtain the optimum reaction conditions: n(2heptylcyclopentanone)=01 mmoln(ProHH2PW12O40)=0004 mmoln(30%H2O2)=035 mmolT=50 , t=6 h. Under the optimal conditions, the conversion of 2heptylcyclopentanone is 9722%, and the selectivity of δdodecarolactone is up to 8233%. After the reaction, the catalyst ProHH2PW12O40can be extracted by water, dried, and reused. After four cycles, there is no significant decrease in catalytic activity. ProHH2PW12O40 is also used to catalyze the BaeyerVilliger oxidation of various cyclic ketones, and the results show that ProHH2PW12O40 has a general applicability for substrates.
