偶联剂改性4A沸石/溶聚丁苯橡胶复合材料

摘要: 以硅烷偶联剂A和铝酸酯偶联剂B改性4A沸石,与溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)共混制备了硅烷偶联剂A改性4A沸石/丁苯橡胶复合材料(ZEO/SSBR-A)和铝酸酯偶联剂B改性4A沸石/丁苯橡胶复合材料(ZEO/SSBR-B)两种复合材料,并研究了偶联剂的用量对改性4A沸石/SSBR复合材料的硫化性能、力学性能、耐老化性能和动态性能的影响。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂A的改性效果优于铝酸酯偶联剂B;ZEO/SSBR-A的硫化性能、力学性能、耐热氧老化性能优于ZEO/SSBR-B,当偶联剂的质量分数为3%时,复合材料的综合性能最佳,分散性能最好。

4A Zeolite/Polystyrene Butadiene Rubber Composites Modified by Coupling Agent

Abstract: 4A zeolite was modified by silane coupling agent A and aluminate coupling agent B. ZEO/SSBR-A and ZEO/SSBR-B composite materials were obtained by blending modified 4A zeolite and soluble polystyrene butadiene rubber (SSBR).The effect of coupling agent on vulcanization properties, mechanical properties,aging resistant performance and dynamic of modified 4A zeolite/SSBR composite was studied.The results showed that the modification effect of silane coupling agent A is better than that of aluminate coupling agent B.ZEO/SSBR-Awas superior to ZEO/SSBR-B in vulcanization, mechanical properties and aging resistant performance.When the mass fraction was 3%, ZEO/SSBR-A had the best comprehensive performance and the best dispersion performance of the composite.
