焊缝错位对X80钢管应力分布影响的数值预测

摘要: 以机械制造为背景,针对机械中多封闭轮廓部件在3D打印路径扫描过程中产生空行程的问题,提出了一种结合遗传算法和蚁群算法的路径规划优化算法,合理规划各轮廓的扫描顺序及扫描起始点,缩短了3D打印扫描过程中轮廓路径的总长度,减少了轮廓路径的空行程,从而提高成型的速度和质量。该融合算法既解决了蚁群算法初期盲目性大的问题,又解决了遗传算法启发信息利用不足和容易陷入局部最优解的缺点。实验结果表明:所提出的方法能够减少空行程,提高成型速度和质量。

Numerical Prediction of the Weld Misalignment Effect on Stress

(College of Electromechanical Engineering, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao 266061, China)Abstract: A two-dimensional finite element model was established using the finite element software ANSYS. Through the analysis of the butt welds of three different weld misalignment specimens (TS1, TS2 and TS3), the influence of welding misalignment on the stress distribution of X80 steel pipe under normal working conditions and hydrostatic pressure test conditions was studied. The analysis found that under the hydrostatic test conditions, the stress concentration of the annular welded joint is much more serious than normal. Under normal working conditions and hydrostatic test conditions, the maximum stress concentration zone of the TS1 specimen is located at the weld root of the pipe side with a design factor of 08, and the TS2 test piece is located at the weld toe of the pipe side with a design factor of 072. In the hydrostatic test of TS3 specimen, the peak of circumferential stress (σz) is not at the surface of the weld but below the root of the weld. The calculation results can provide a theoretical basis for the improved construction of the X80 pipeline.
