摘要: 基于响应曲面法Box-Behnken设计优化实验,以透光度作为评价标准,考察了初始pH、PAC的投加量、PAM的投加量等因素对切削废液处理效果的影响,建立了响应值透光度(Y)与pH(x1)、PAC的投加量(x2)和PAM的投加量(x3)的二次响应曲面回归方程:Y=3.88-0.783x1-0.811x2-0.09x3+0.152 1x21+0.066 1x22+0.013 8x23-0.012 6x1x2+0.001 9x1x3+0.003 1x2x3,回归模型的失拟项P=0.185>0.05,不显著,该模型能较好的拟合实验数据;多元相关系数R2为0.954 1,相关性较好。设定目标透光度为95%时,初始pH为5,PAC的投加量为5.0 g·L-1,PAM的投加量为3.0 mL·L-1;实际透光度为93.5%,与模型的预测值相近,说明响应曲面法得到的工艺参数可靠。

Abstract: The treatment effect of the initial pH, dosage of PAC and dosage of PAM on the mechanical spent cutting fluid by measuring transmittance, which was designed and optimized by Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Second-order model on transmittance (Y) in terms of initial pH (x1), dosage of PAC (x2) and dosage of PAM (x3) is given:Y=3.88-0.783x1-0.811x2-0.09x3+0.152 1x21+0.066 1x22+0.013 8x23-0.012 6x1x2+0.001 9x1x3+0.003 1x2x3, lack-of-fit of model p=0.185>0.05, not significant, this indicates that this model a second-order model adequately fitted the experimental data. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.954 1, the long-range dependence is better. When transmittance as response was 95% at pH 5, dosage of PAC at 5.0 g·L-1 and dosage of PAM at 3.0 mL·L-1 at normal temperature, the experimental data of is 93.5%. It was fitted to the model predictions, which proved the optimum treatment conditions obtained by RSM are reliable.
