超临界流体快速膨胀制备和分散氮化硼纳米片及其高分子复合材料的构建

摘要: 氮化硼纳米片(BNNSs)是一种拥有优良导热、力学、化学稳定性和热稳定性等的二维纳米材料,具有许多独特的应用价值,其制备技术及性能的研究是近年来材料科学领域研究的热点之一。以六方氮化硼(h-BN)为原料,利用超临界流体快速膨胀法(RESS)对氮化硼进行剥离,制备出氮化硼纳米片。同时,通过嵌入高分子基体法防止其重新聚集,将氮化硼纳米片分散入高分子基体中,得到了具有优异力学性能的氮化硼/高分子复合材料。

Abstract: Boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) is a two-dimensional nanomaterial with excellent thermal cunductivity, mechanical properties, chemical and thermal stability. They have many unique application in many fields. Preparation technology and performance of this nanomaterial are one of the hot topics in the field of materials science in recent years. Using hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) powder as the raw material, this investigation utilizes rapid expansion of supercritical suspension technology to prepare BNNSs. Meanwhile, by being embed into polymer chains, the BNNSs were dispersed into the polymer matrix, and boron nitride/polymer nanocomposites with excellent mechanical properties wwere obtained.
