填料对聚丙烯/胶粉复合材料力学性能的影响

摘要: 采用熔融挤出的方法制备聚丙烯(PP)、冷冻胶粉(LGTR)、填料及助剂的复合材料,研究了填料种类和试样高温处理工艺对复合材料力学性能的影响,同时还研究了填料在PP/LGTR基材中的分散及用量。结果表明:在甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)、云母、煅烧高岭土、硅灰石4种填料中,综合考虑性能及成本,选用15份云母或者煅烧高岭土补强效果最好,而对试样进行高温处理,复合材料的力学性能得到了进一步提升,云母、煅烧高岭土在基材中分散较好。

Abstract: The composite materials of polypropylene (PP), liquid nitrogen ground tire rubber powder (LGTR), fillers and additives were prepared by a twin-screw extruder. The effects of filler type and high temperature treatment on the mechanical properties ofthe composites were studied.The dispersion and content of fillers in the substrate were further investigated. The result indicated that the composites showed the optimal mechanical properties when adding 15 percent of mica or calcined kaolin by considering the performance and cost of (ZDMA), mica,calcined kaolin, and wollastonite. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of the composites were improved further by high temperature treatment, and meanwhile the mica and calcined kaolin dispersed well in the composites.
