摘要: 用恒温水浴加热法制备了不同物质的量比例的SnO2/BiOI复合光催化剂。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(DRS)和光致发光(PL)光谱等测试手段对产物进行了表征;通过在可见光下降解MB溶液研究SnO2/BiOI复合材料的光催化性能。n(SnO2)∶n(BiOI)=7∶3的复合光催化剂(SB7)的光催化活性最高。光生电子空穴对在SnO2和BiOI界面间实现了有效分离,因而改善了光催化性能。

Synthesis and Photocatalytic Properties of SnO2/BiOI Composites

Abstract: SnO2/BiOI composites were prepared via a thermostatic water bath heating method. Xray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (SEM), UVvis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy were employed to characterize the resulted samples. SnO2/BiOI photocatalysts were used to decompose of methyl blue (MB) under visible light. The results implied that SB7 (n(SnO2)∶ n(BiOI) =7∶3) shows the highest photocatalytic activity. The effective separation of photoinduced electronhole pairs lead to the improvement of the photocatalytic activity.
