摘要: 通过离子交换法,以正十二胺为插层分子,合成出正十二胺插层的钛硅酸盐(LTS@NH2)。样品的形貌和结构采用X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜和热重分析进行表征。结果表明:正十二胺已经插层到钛硅酸盐层间,其层间距为4 nm左右。利用LTS@NH2对铜离子的吸附性能进行研究,结果表明:复合材料LTS@NH2对铜离子具有较好的吸附性能,3次循环吸附后,吸附效率仍达到915%。

Preparation and Property of nDodecylamine Intercalated Titanium
Silicate by Ion Exchange Method

Abstract: Titanium silicate intercalated with ndodecylamine (LTS@NH2) was synthesized by ion exchange method. The morphology andstructure of products were characterized by XRD, FTIR, SEM and TGA. The results show that the ndodecylamine had been intercalated and the interlaminar spacing of the composites is about 4 nm.The adsorption property of LTS@NH2 for copper ion was studied. The results showed that the composite LTS@NH2 had good adsorption property for copper ion. After three cycles of adsorption, the adsorption efficiency still reached 915%.
