摘要: 为培育耐低温强的南瓜砧木品种,本研究对‘青砧1号’、‘伟砧1号’和‘北瓜’进行耐低温性鉴定。在幼苗期对3个南瓜砧木品种进行常温(30 ℃/25 ℃)和低温(15 ℃/10 ℃)处理,测定其生理生化指标。低温胁迫下,3个南瓜砧木品种的可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均明显升高,且所得抗寒性强弱结果与田间鉴定结果一致。可溶性糖含量、SOD、POD和CAT活性4个指标两两相关,可以用于评价南瓜砧木品种耐寒性的强弱。综合分析表明:‘青砧1号’抗寒性最好,‘伟砧1号’次之,‘北瓜’抗寒性最差。

Effect of Low Temperature Stress on Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Pumpkin Rootstock Seedlings

Abstract: In order to breed pumpkin rootstock with low temperature tolerance, this study evaluated the low temperature tolerance of "Qingzhen No.1", "Weizhen No.1" and "Beigua". The seedlings of three pumpkin rootstocks were treated with normal temperature (30 ℃/25 ℃) and low temperature (15 ℃/10 ℃), the physiological and biochemical indexes of different pumpkin stocks were studied. Soluble sugar content, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxydase (POD), and catalase ( CAT ) activities significantly increased, the obtained results were consistent with field identification results of cold tolerance. Soluble sugar content, SOD, POD and CAT activities were related to each other, which can be used as the suitable indexes to evaluate the cold tolerance of pumpkin rootstocks. Comprehensive analysis indicated that pumpkin rootstocks "Qingzhen No. 1" was appeared best in cold tolerance, followed by "Weizhen No.1", and "Beigua" has the worst cold tolerance. This study provide a theoretical basis for breeding of pumpkin rootstocks with low temperature tolerance.
