摘要: 采用高效液相色谱紫外检测法(HPLCUV)同时测定了有色饮料中的合成色素柠檬黄(E102)、日落黄(E110)和诱惑红(E129)。样品经溶解、超声去除气泡、稀释、045 μm的滤膜过滤后,直接用HPLC分析。考察了流动相的体系及比例、紫外测定波长和柱温对3种色素的分离检测效果的影响。确定流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(乙酸铵(002 mol·L-1))=40∶60,紫外检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30 ℃。结果表明:柠檬黄、日落黄和诱惑红在该条件下均有较好的分离和检测,定量范围分别为030~10、050~10和10~10 μg·mL-1,3种色素的线性相关系数R2为0999 0~0999 3,检出限为009~050 μg·mL-1,相对标准偏差为007%~016%,回收率为9477%~10023%。该方法样品预处理简单、分离效果好,适用于饮料中柠檬黄、日落黄和诱惑红的同时测定。

Beverages by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: In this paper, tartrazine (E102), sunset yellow (E110), and allura red (E129) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detector (HPLCUV). The samples were dissolved and degassed by ultrasonication, diluted with water, filtered through 045 μm millipore filters, and analyzed by HPLC. The effects of mobile phase, UV detection wavelength, and temperature on the separation of three pigments were investigated. It was finally determined that the mobile phase was V(methanol)∶V(ammonium acetate (002 mol·L-1))= 40∶60, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the temperature was 30 ℃. The results showed that tartrazine, sunset yellow, and allura red were well separated and detected under the above conditions.The limits of quantification of three pigments were 030—10, 050—10 and 10—10 μg·mL-1, respectively. Correlation coefficients (0999 0—0999 3), limits of detection (009—050 μg·mL-1), standard deviations of reproducibility (007%—016%) and recoveries (9477%—10023%) were determined. The method with the properties of simple pretreatment and good effect is suitable for simultaneous quantitative the content of synthetic pigments in beverages.
