摘要: 极浓体系下,通过添加NaCl水热合成了一系列多级孔纳米ZSM5分子筛。所得分子筛通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、低温氮气吸附仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)表征。结果表明:NaX能使纳米晶相互聚集,形成多级孔结构,其中NaCl实用性最强;n(NaCl)/n(SiO2)=0.1/1时,分子筛具有最大的比表面积和介孔量;晶化时间为8 h,可得到纯相高结晶度的ZSM5分子筛。将一定条件下制备的多级孔纳米NaClZSM5催化剂用于MTP(甲醇制丙烯)反应中,和常规多级孔纳米ZSM5催化剂相比,NaClZSM5具有更好的稳定性(1 250 min)和更高的丙烯碳基收率(质量分数36.5%)。

Synthesis of Nanosized Hierarchical ZSM5 Zeolites with NaCl Addition and Their MTP Catalysis Properties

Abstract: In extremely concentrated system, a series of hierarchical nanosized ZSM5 zeolites were synthesized with the addition of NaCl. The obtained samples were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorptiondesorption, SEM, TEM andPyFTIR. The results showed that the addition of NaXwas crucial to the formation of nanosized aggregates, and NaCl had the optimal practicability; the assynthesized zeolites hadthelarger surface area and mesopore volume when n(NaCl)/n(SiO2)=0.1/1. The high crystallinity ZSM5 zeolites were obtained when the time was 8 h. Compared with normal ZSM5 catalysts, the assynthesized ZSM5 catalysts had enhanced stability (1 250 min) and propylene yield (36.5%) in MTP reaction.
