摘要: 对铁锈转化剂配方进行了定性、定量筛选试验,确定了最佳添加剂种类及浓度,并对形成的转化膜性能进行了研究。通过实验确定了转化剂前处理液成分及含量:1%锌粉,1%乌洛托品,10%甘油,其余为水;转化剂后处理液成分及含量:45%多聚磷酸,3%单宁酸,5%硫酸锌,5%乙酸,其余为水。电化学测试结果表明:涂铁锈转化剂后的样片拟合的腐蚀电流变小,防腐能力得到提高。通过金相显微分析、扫描电子显微镜图像分析观察到:转化膜表面平整、致密。由能谱仪测试得到:转化膜中的主要元素为C、O、P、Fe、Zn;通过附着力测试表明:铁锈转化后形成的转化膜附着力较好。

Abstract: This paper employed qualitative and quantitative test for the formula of the rust conversion agent and determined the best types and concentrations of the rust conversion agent. The properties of the conversion film were studied. The results showed that the former treatment liquid contains 1% zinc powder, 1% urotropine, 10% glycerol, 88%H2O and the latter treatment liquid contains 45% polyphosphoric acid, 3% tannic acid, 5% ZnSO4, 5% acetic acid, 42%H2O by experiment . The smooth and dense conversion film surface has been observed by metallographic microscope analyzing and SEM. By EDS analyzing, the conversion film contains the following elements such as C, O, P, Fe, Zn. The electrochemical test results show that the sample with rust conversion agent corrosion current reduces and the anticorrosion ability improves. Adhesion tests show that the rust conversion film has good adhesion.
