停放时间对白炭黑/碳纳米管填充并用胶挤出流变性能的影响

摘要: 以白炭黑/碳纳米管(silica/CNT)填充SSBR/BR混炼胶为研究对象,利用毛细管流变仪、橡胶加工分析仪、哈克转矩流变仪等仪器,研究了停放时间对混炼胶挤出流变性能的影响。实验结果表明:混炼胶的结合胶含量、松弛时间及相同速率下的剪切黏度均随停放时间的延长而不断升高;低应变储能模量随停放时间先下降后上升,停放24 h时达最低值,且此时挤出物的表面形貌较未停放样品有所改善。综合各表征测试方法所得结果可以看出,混炼胶的最佳停放时间为24 h

Abstract: The study focused on SSBR/BR filled by silica/CNT compounds and investigated the effect of storage time on extrusion rheological behavior of compounds by means of capillary rheometer,RPA,HAAKE torque rheometer and several other analytical instruments. The experimental results showed that bound rubber content, relaxation times and the same extrusion rate of the shear viscosity of the compounds increased with the storage time. The modulus of the strain sweep increases first and then decreases with the storage time. when the storage time extended to 24 h, the modulus of the strain sweep drop to minimum, and in this time the surface of the extrudate improved. Based on the results obtained from the characterization test methods, the best storage time of compounds is 24 h.
