摘要: 对以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和二乙氨基乙醇为原料,氢氧化锂为催化剂,通过酯交换合成甲基丙烯酸二乙氨基乙酯的改进工艺进行了研究。该工艺以正己烷为携甲醇溶剂,采用分水器从反应体系中不断地分出甲醇。得到较佳反应条件:n(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)∶n(二乙氨基乙醇)∶n(催化剂)=24∶1∶042,反应时间为6 h,反应温度约70 ℃。在以上条件下,目标产物的含量为9496%,收率为9316%。该工艺具有反应条件温和、催化剂廉价易得、产品含量及收率高、设备简单等优点。

Abstract: 2Diethylaminoethyl methacrylate was synthsezied through improved transesterification process by using diethylaminoethanol(DEA) and methyl methacrylate(MMA) as raw materials, LiOH as catalyst where methanol was continuously separated from the reaction system with water separator and nhexane as a methanolcarring agent.The results revealed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: n(MMA)∶n(DEA)∶n(LiOH) = 24∶1∶042, reaction time being 6 h, and reation temperature being about 70 ℃. Under the above conditions, the yield of the products could be up to 93%, the purity was close to 95%. The process has some advantages such as mild reaction condition, cheap catalyst, high yield and purity as well as simple equipment.
