汽车用新型等速万向联轴器驱动轴的振动分析

摘要: 提出了一种汽车用新型等速万向联轴器驱动轴,通过运动学分析验证其准等角速特性,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对汽车用新型等速万向联轴器驱动轴进行有预应力的模态分析,得到了关键部件的固有频率和振型图,以及找出其变形量最大的槽壳、钟形壳和中间轴这3处位置。然后,对这3个位置进行有预应力时的谐响应分析,得出相应的响应关系、结构的危险频率及动态特性,避免共振现象的出现。

Vibration Analysis of the New Type Constant Speed Universal Coupling Drive Shaft Used on the Car

Abstract: The constant velocity universal coupling drive shaft is an important part of the automobile transmission system. This paper presents a new type constant speed universal coupling drive shaft used on the car, and through the kinematics analysis verify the quasi constant angular velocity. Modal analysis of the constant speed universal coupling under patterned conditions is analyzed by the ANSYS Workbench software. And not only the natural frequency and vibration mode figure is obtained on the key components, but the deformation of the three largest amount of tank shell, bell housing and the intermediate shaft position can be found out.Then the harmonic response analysis will be used on the three position of prestressed, thus the corresponding to the structure, risk frequency and dynamic state characteristic will be obtained to avoid the appearance of resonance phenomenon.
