摘要:采用固相反应法合成了Pr、W共掺杂钼酸镧La2-xPrxMo1.7W0.3O9(x = 0~1.0)。采用X-射线衍射(XRD)表征了合成产物的相组成。TG-DSC和膨胀率测试结果表明,Pr、W共掺杂对β-La2Mo2O9结构起到了稳定作用。使用交流阻抗法测定了400~800℃温度区间的电导率,结果表明Pr、W共掺杂使电导率增大。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测烧结试样的微观结构表明:Pr、W的共掺杂有利于样品的烧结,能提高样品的烧结密度。

Synthesis and Electrical Properties of Pr, W-doped Lanthanum Molybdate

Abstract: Lanthanum molybdate doped with Pr and W (La2-xPrxMo1.7W0.3O9, x=0—1.0) was synthesized by method of the solid state reaction. The phase formation of the products was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The TG-DSC and expansion measurements showed that the phase change of α-La2Mo2O9 to βLa2Mo2O9 can be suppressed by the Pr, W doping. The electrical conductivity of the sintered samples were investigated with the complex impedance spectroscopy measurements in the range of temperature from 400 to 800 ℃. The results showed that the conductivity increased with the Pr, W doping. The examination of microstructure of samples by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) implied that the sintered density also can be improved by the Pr, W doping.
