摘要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米介孔二氧化锡,并利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X-射线衍射等分析手段对纳米介孔二氧化锡进行了表征。对氧化铟锡(ITO)/SnO2电极进行了光电信号的检测,研究了草酸钾、三乙醇胺两种电子供体和CdS量子点对ITO/SnO2电极的光电行为的影响。结果表明:电子给体三乙醇胺与CdS量子点对介孔SnO2薄膜具有明显的光电增强作用。

Synthesis and Study on the Photoelectrochemical Properties of Mesoporous Tin Oxide Nanomaterial

Abstract: Mesoporous SnO2 nanomaterial was prepared through sol-gel method in the present work, and was characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray Diffractometer (XRD). The photoelectrochemical behavior of indium tin oxide(ITO)/SnO2 electrode was studied, and the effect of potassium oxalate,triethanolamine and CdS quantum dots on the ITO/SnO2 electrode was discussed. It was found that triethanolamine and CdS quantum dots could enhance the photocurrent signal of ITO/SnO2.
