3-(2-氯-5-吡啶甲氧基)-吡唑酰胺类化合物的合成及其生物活性

摘要: 将新烟碱类杀虫剂的活性基团2-氯-5-吡啶甲基,引入邻甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂的结构中,合成了系列氯代吡啶基吡唑酰胺类化合物。通过液质联用、核磁氢谱确定了结构。生物活性测试结果表明:部分目标化合物在5 mg·L-1浓度下对小菜蛾(Plutella xyllostella)致死率达到100%,在100 mg·L-1对桃蚜(Myzus persicae Sulzer)致死率达到85%。

Synthesis and Biological Activity of 3-(2-Chloro-5-pyridylmethoxy)-pyrazole Amides

Abstract: A series of chloro-pyridyl pyrazole amides were synthesized by introducing the active group 2-chloro-5-pyridylmethyl of the new neonicotinoid insecticides into the structure of anthranilic diamides. The structures were conformed by LC-MS and 1H NMR. The biological activities were tested. The mortality rate of some compound against Plutella xyllostella was 100% at the concentration of 5 mg·L-1, and at 100 mg·L-1 against Myzus persicae  Sulzer reached 85%.
