增容剂氯化聚乙烯对三元乙丙橡胶/三元尼龙热塑性弹性体性能和结构的影响

 摘要:研究了氯化聚乙烯(CPE)用量对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/三元尼龙(PA)热塑性弹性体(TPV)物理机械性能及反复加工后性能的影响。结果表明:随着CPE用量的增加,转矩流变仪TPV的转矩值增大,拉伸强度、撕裂强度和拉断伸长率先上升后不变;反复加工使撕裂强度、100%定伸应力、硬度和门尼黏度值变大,但拉伸强度和溶胀度基本保持不变。通过扫描电镜能明显看出,CPE提高了两相的相容性。

Influence of Compatibilizer of Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) on Properties and Phase of Ethylene Proylene Diene Monomer/Ternary Nylon(EPDM/PA) Thermoplastic Elastomer

Abstract: The paper studies the influence of the content of CPE to EPDM/PA thermoplastic elastomer physical and mechanical properties and the performance after repeated processing. The results show that with the increase of CPE, the torque value of TPV increased, the tensile strength,tearing strength and the elongation at break increased at first and then remained unchanged. The tear strength, 100% modulus, hardness and Mooney viscosity becomes larger after repeated processing, but tensile strength and swelling ratio change small. We found that CPE can obviously improve the compatibility of the two phases by SEM.
