基于EDEM对橡胶小料混料结构的优化及实验研究

 摘要:利用离散元分析软件EDEM模拟橡胶3种小料在两种搅拌设备中的混合过程,并分别对原搅拌仓和优化搅拌仓中3种小料的混合分布情况进行后处理计算,同时利用统计学上的方差进行数据分析。采用方差分析法分别对3种小料的分布均一性进行表征,并利用实验室内优化搅拌仓对3种小料分布均一性进行了实验验证,对EDEM模拟和实验结果进行了拟合性分析。结果表明:EDEM模拟中优化后的搅拌仓比原搅拌仓对3种小料的分布均一性要好;同时,通过实验研究验证了优化后搅拌仓的EDEM模拟与实验结果拟合性较好,误差可以控制在5%以内,可以投入到实际生产中。

Optimization of Small Rubber Material Mixing Structure and Experimental Research Based on EDEM

Abstract: By using discrete element analysis software EDEM, three small rubber materials' mixing process in the two kinds of mixing equipment were simulated, and the postprocessing calculation about the distribution of three small hybrid in the original mixing warehouse and optimized mixing warehouse were conducted, and the data were analysized using the variance in statistical data at the same time. Respectively with the method of variance analysis, three kinds of small materials distribution uniformity were characterized, and the optimized mixing warehouse in the laboratory was used to carry on the experimental verification to verify the distribution uniformity of three small materials, to analyze the EDEM simulation and experimental results. The results show that the EDEM simulation of distribution uniformity of three small materials in the optimized mixing for storehouse is better compared with the original warehouse; at the same time, the optimized mixing warehouse′s EDEM simulation is verified by experiment research and more fitted with the experimental results, the error can be controlled within 5%, can be put into the actual production.
