硅胶低聚物阻燃热塑性聚氨酯弹性体的研究

 摘要:为提高热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)的阻燃性能,以107硅树脂为阻燃剂,制备了系列阻燃热塑性聚氨酯复合材料。通过锥形量热仪(CCT)、烟密度仪和极限氧指数仪(LOI)等手段对复合材料的燃烧性能、生烟特性等进行研究。锥形量热仪实验结果表明,107硅树脂能够使TPU复合材料的热释放速率、总热释放、生烟速率等参数均有显著降低。其中,含02% 107硅树脂的复合材料的热释放速率峰值为850 kW·m-2,比纯TPU的热释放速率峰值(1 550 kW·m-2)降低了45%。此外,107硅树脂还能够显著提高TPU复合材料炭渣质量。烟密度实验结果表明,TPU复合材料的光通量比纯TPU要降低很多。氧指数实验表明,107硅树脂不能明显提高TPU复合材料的氧指数。

Research of Flame Retardant Thermoplastic Polyurethane Elastomer Based on Silicone Oligomer

 Abstract: In order to enhance the flame retardant properties of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), a series of thermoplastic polyurethane composites with different contents of 107 silicone were prepared using 107 silicone as flame retardant in this paper. Then, the combustion behavior and smoke production properties of the composites were evaluated using cone calorimeter test (CCT), smoke density test, and limiting oxygen index (LOI), respectively. The CCT results showed that the heat release rate (HRR), total heat release(THR), total smoke release (TSR) were significantly decreased with the increase of 107 silicone. For example, when the content of 107 silicone was 02%, the PKHRR of the composite was 850 kW·m-2, which was reduced by 45% than that of pure TPU (1 550 kW·m-2). And the quality of carbon residue increased greatly. The smoke density results revealed that luminous flux of composite material reduced a lot than pure TPU. The LOI results were not obvious with the addition of 107 silicone. In a word, it is conducive to flame retardant with the increase of 107 silicone.
