24%螺螨双酯悬浮剂的研制

摘要:研制了用于防治柑橘红蜘蛛的24%螺螨双酯悬浮剂。采用湿法研磨工艺,通过考察润湿分散剂、增稠稳定剂、抗冻剂及水质对体系性能的影响,确定了24%螺螨双酯悬浮剂的最优配方;对工艺参数进行了优化;测试了制剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的田间防效。最优配方组成(均为质量分数):螺螨双酯24%、SP-3020 5%、700# 3%、乙二醇3%、黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝1%、自来水补足至100%;最优工艺参数为:1 mm和2 mm氧化锆珠质量比为1∶1,物料和氧化锆珠的质量比为1∶1.5,研磨时间为2.5 h。24%螺螨双酯悬浮剂各项性能指标符合悬浮剂的要求,田间药效试验表明:其对柑橘红蜘蛛的速效性和防效皆好于对照药剂24%螺螨酯悬浮剂,具有良好的应用前景。

Development of Spirodiclofen Diester 24% SC

Abstract: Spirodiclofen diester 24% suspension concentrate(SC) was developed, which had excellent bioactivity against Panonychus citri Mcgregor. Through wet milling process, the optimum formula of spirodiclofen diester 24% SC was confirmed by investigating effects of wetting and dispersing agents, thickeners and stabilizers, antifreezing agents and water quality on SC system. The process parameters of SC were studied. The control efficacy of spirodiclofen diester 24% SC against Panonychus citri Mcgregor in field was tested. The composition consisted of spirodiclofen diester 24% SC, SP-3020 5%, 700# 3%, ethylene glycol 3%, xanthan gum 0.2%, magnesium aluminum siliacte 1%, and tap water was added up to 100%. The optimum process parameters were obtained: m(1 mm zirconia beads)∶ m(2 mm zirconia beads)=1∶1, m(flurry)∶ m(zirconia beads)= 1∶1.5, grinding time 2.5 h. Spirodiclofen diester 24% SC had excellent physical and chemical properties, met the requirements of SC. The field control efficacy trials showed that: Spirodiclofen diester 24% SC had comparatively rapider availability and higher bioactivity against Panonychus citri Mcgregor than spirodiclofen diester 24% SC, and it would have a good application prospect.
