摘要:研制了用于防治柑橘红蜘蛛的24%螺螨双酯悬浮剂。采用湿法研磨工艺,通过考察润湿分散剂、增稠稳定剂、抗冻剂及水质对体系性能的影响,确定了24%螺螨双酯悬浮剂的最优配方;对工艺参数进行了优化;测试了制剂对柑橘红蜘蛛的田间防效。最优配方组成(均为质量分数):螺螨双酯24%、SP-3020 5%、700# 3%、乙二醇3%、黄原胶0.2%、硅酸镁铝1%、自来水补足至100%;最优工艺参数为:1 mm和2 mm氧化锆珠质量比为1∶1,物料和氧化锆珠的质量比为1∶1.5,研磨时间为2.5 h。24%螺螨双酯悬浮剂各项性能指标符合悬浮剂的要求,田间药效试验表明:其对柑橘红蜘蛛的速效性和防效皆好于对照药剂24%螺螨酯悬浮剂,具有良好的应用前景。

Development of Spirodiclofen Diester 24% SC

Abstract: Spirodiclofen diester 24% suspension concentrate(SC) was developed, which had excellent bioactivity against Panonychus citri Mcgregor. Through wet milling process, the optimum formula of spirodiclofen diester 24% SC was confirmed by investigating effects of wetting and dispersing agents, thickeners and stabilizers, antifreezing agents and water quality on SC system. The process parameters of SC were studied. The control efficacy of spirodiclofen diester 24% SC against Panonychus citri Mcgregor in field was tested. The composition consisted of spirodiclofen diester 24% SC, SP-3020 5%, 700# 3%, ethylene glycol 3%, xanthan gum 0.2%, magnesium aluminum siliacte 1%, and tap water was added up to 100%. The optimum process parameters were obtained: m(1 mm zirconia beads)∶ m(2 mm zirconia beads)=1∶1, m(flurry)∶ m(zirconia beads)= 1∶1.5, grinding time 2.5 h. Spirodiclofen diester 24% SC had excellent physical and chemical properties, met the requirements of SC. The field control efficacy trials showed that: Spirodiclofen diester 24% SC had comparatively rapider availability and higher bioactivity against Panonychus citri Mcgregor than spirodiclofen diester 24% SC, and it would have a good application prospect.
