甲基丙烯酸-3,4-环氧环己基甲酯的合成

摘要:以甲基丙烯酸-3-环己烯基甲酯为原料,过硫酸氢钾(KHSO5)为氧化剂,对甲基丙烯酸-3,4-环氧环己基甲酯的合成反应进行了研究,考察了KHSO5用量、KHSO5滴加时间、反应时间、搅拌速度以及反应温度等因素对反应结果的影响。得到的较佳反应条件:n(KHSO5)∶n(甲基丙烯酸-3-环己烯基甲酯)=1.4∶1,KHSO5滴加时间30 min,反应时间6 h,搅拌速度500 r·min-1,反应温度0℃。在此条件下,甲基丙烯酸-3-环己烯基甲酯的转化率达97%以上,产品收率达96%以上。采用IR和1H NMR技术对产品的结构进行了表征。

 Synthesis of (3,4-Epoxycyclohexyl) Methyl Methacrylate

Abstract: The synthesis of (3, 4-epoxycyclohexyl) methyl methacrylate was studied, using 3-cyclohexeny-lmethyl methacrylate as material, KHSO5 as oxidant. The effects of the factors such as amount of KHSO5, dropping time of KHSO5, reaction time, stirring speed and reaction temperature on reaction results were investigated. The obtained optimum reaction conditions were n(KHSO5)∶n(3-cyclohexenylmethyl methacrylate)=1.4∶1, dropping time of KHSO5 30 min, reaction time 6 h, stirring speed 500 r·min-1, reaction temperature 0℃.Under above conditions, the conversion of 3-cyclohexenylmethyl methacrylate was more than 97%, while the product yield was more than 95%. The structure of the product was characterized by IR and 1H NMR.
