摘要:以三聚氰胺、六氯环三磷腈和氨为原料,通过三聚氰胺和六氯环三磷腈缩合,再氨化,最后缩聚制得了三聚氰胺改性聚氨基环三磷腈。三聚氰胺与六氯环三磷腈缩合的较佳条件:反应温度为80℃,反应时间为18 h;缩聚的较佳条件:聚合温度为180℃,聚合时间为15 min;通过三聚氰胺改性,明显提高了产品的磷收率,降低了产品的吸湿性和水溶性,改善了产品的热稳定性。

Study on the Preparation and Property of Polyaminocyclotriphosphazene Modified with Melamine

Abstract: Polyaminocyclotriphosphazene modified with melamine was synthesized by the condensation of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (TCP) and melamine (MA), then ammoniation with ammonia, final polycondens-ation. The results showed that the optimum conditions of condensation were as follows: reaction temperature being 80 ℃, reaction time being 18 h. The optimum conditions of polycondensation were as follows: reaction temperature being 180℃, reaction time being 15 min. The recovery and thermal stability of the product were improved significantly, and the moisture absorption and water-solubility were reduced by melamine modification.
