摘要:将苯偶姻均匀负载于硅胶中,通过常规加热由空气直接氧化后可得到相应的苯偶酰。方法简便、后处理容易、产率优良,是由苯偶姻氧化法制备苯偶酰的绿色化路线。对反应温度、硅胶用量和反应时间等影响反应结果的因素进行了较详细的研究,最终在优化条件下,以89%~96%的产率合成了包括苯环、稠环、杂环等14种苯偶酰类化合物。

Green Synthesis of Benzils via Silica Gel Supported Oxidation of Benzoins by Air

Abstract: Supported and catalyzed by silica gel, benzoins were oxidized efficiently by air and excellent yields of benzils were prepared. The reaction process is solventfree and environmentally benign. In addition, the silica gel is recovered and can be reused conveniently,thus affording a green synthesis of benzoils. Both the influences of the reaction temperature and the amounts of silica gel were investigated. Fourteen examples, including heterocyclic and polycyclic benzil, were obtained in 89%—96% isolated yields.
