摘要: 研究了NDA-100型树脂处理间苯二酚生产过程中排放的工艺废水,并回收了废水中的产品间苯二酚。采用动态吸附-脱附实验,确定了较优的工艺参数。原废水呈深红褐色,废水COD值在12 000 mg·L-1以上,间苯二酚浓度在2 400 mg·L-1左右,经碱处理和树脂吸附处理,出水为无色透明,其COD值降至300 mg·L-1左右,达到国家排放标准。对吸附饱和的树脂进行洗脱处理回收产品间苯二酚,回收率达到94%,然后对树脂进行脱附再生处理,连续进行吸附脱附实验8次,树脂性能稳定。结果表明NDA-100型树脂可用作处理间苯二酚生产的废水。

Treatment of Industrial Wastewater from Resorcinol Production with Polymetric Adsorbent

Abstract: Researching on the treatment of industrial waste water during the production of resorcinol via the model of NDA-100 resin, and also recovering resorcinol from the waste water in this paper. By using the dynamical adsorption-desorption experiment, the optimum parameters has gained. The original waste water appears deep bronzing, the value of COD in the water is above 12 000 mg·L-1, the content of resorcinol is about 2 400 mg·L-1, after the treatment of alkali and resin adsorption, the water turns colorless while the value of COD fall to 300 mg·L-1, it meets the national emission standard. The recovery ratio of resorcinol can reach to 94% through desorption of saturating resin. Then making regeneration of the resin, gaining stable performance after taking eight adsorption-desorption experiments. The results show that the model of NDA-100 resin can make effect on the treatment of waste water during the production of resorcinol.
