摘要: 采用锥形量热法(CONE)研究可膨胀石墨(EG)的添加量对微孔聚氨酯弹性体(MPUE)阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:EG的加入可以显著降低MPUE材料燃烧时的热释放速率和生烟速率。在燃烧到200 s时,热释放速率峰值为886 kW·m-2,生烟速率为1297 m2·s-1,与未阻燃的MPUE材料相比分别下降了67%和22%。抑制热量释放效果显著,抑烟效果较为明显。EG受热形成的致密碳层降低了热释放速率。

Intumescent Flame Retardant Effect of Graphite on Microcellular Polyurethane Elastomers by CONE Method

Abstract: Effect of different addition amount of expandable graphite on microcellular polyurethane elastomer (MPUE) was studied by CONE calorimetry analysis. The results showed that: The addition of EG can greatly reduce MPUE material combustion heat release rate and smoke production rate. The peak heat release rate decreased by 67% to 886 kW·m-2and its smoke production rate decreased by 22% to 1297 m2·s-1at 200 s.The inhibition of heat release effect and smoke suppression effect are obviously. The compact carbon layer was formed to reduce the heat release rate when the EG was heated.
