摘要: 用不同种类的酸对热裂解炭黑(CBp)进行酸洗处理,表征了CBp、酸洗CBp(WCBp)的基本性质,并将它们应用到NR/BR中,考察了NR/BR硫化胶的各项性能。实验结果表明:CBp酸洗之后,灰分含量大幅度下降,比表面积增大,孔的总体积增大。CBp酸洗之后,混炼胶的门尼黏度升高。其中,HCl酸洗CBp填充的混炼胶的剪切黏度低,挤出物外观得到改善,对硫化胶的补强效果最好,动态力学性能分析显示,将HCl酸洗CBp应用到轮胎中,可降低轮胎的滚动阻力。

Effect of Acids Treated Pyrolysis Carbon Black on Performance of NR/BR

Abstract: The pyrolytic carbon black (CBp) was washed by different kinds of acids. These carbon blacks were characterized and used in NR/BR and followed the corresponding study of the performance of vulcanizates. The results showed that: after the acids treatment, the ash content of CBp decreased significantly, the specific surface area and the total volume of the pores increased. After acids treatment of CBp, the Mooney viscosity of the corresponding compounds increased. And the rubber filled with HCl treated CBp had a lower shear viscosity and the extrusion appearance was improved, and the mechanical property of the vulcanizates was the best. The dynamic performance of the vulcanizates showed that once the tire filled with CBp treated by HCl, the rolling resistance got lower.
