硫化体系对丁腈橡胶/乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶共混胶耐热空气及耐油性能的影响

摘要:研究了复合硫化体系、DCP(过氧化二异丙苯)和3M(1,1双(叔丁基过氧化)3,3,5三甲基环已烷)3种硫化体系对丁腈橡胶/乙烯醋酸乙烯酯橡胶(NBR/EVM)共混胶的硫化特性、物理机械性能、热空气/热油老化性能的影响。结果表明:随着EVM用量的增大,NBR/EVM共混胶的硫化速度和交联程度均逐渐减小;交联密度的大小顺序为DCP硫化体系>3M硫化体系>复合硫化体系;DCP硫化体系下硫化胶的常规物理机械性能最差;经热空气老化,复合硫化体系下硫化胶的拉伸强度变化率最小;经热油老化后,复合硫化体系下硫化胶的质量、体积变化百分数最小,3M硫化体系下硫化胶的拉伸强度变化率最大。由此表明,NBR/EVM硫化胶的热空气稳定性和耐油性能均随EVM用量的增大而逐渐变好,复合硫化体系硫化的NBR/EVM硫化胶综合性能最佳。

Effect of Curing Systems on Hot Air Aging Resistance and Oil Aging Resistance of NBR/EVM Blends

Abstract: The influence of composite vulcanization system,DCP curing system and 3M curing system on the curing characteristics,physicalmechanical properties,hot air aging properties and hot oil aging properties of vulcanizate were investigated. The results show that the curing rate and crosslink density of NBR/EVM blends decreased gradually with increasing of EVM dosage.The order of crosslink density was DCP curing system>3M curing system> composite vulcanization system.The physicmechanical properties of vulcanizate cured by DCP was the worst.The change ratio of tensile strength of vulcanizate cured by composite vulcanization system were the minimum after hot air aging.After hot oil aging,the change ratio of mass and volume of vulcanizate cured by composite vulcanization system were the minimum,and the change ratio of tensile strength of vulcanizate cured by 3M were the minimum.In a word,the thermal stable properties and oil resistance properties of NBR/EVM vulcanizates became better with increasing of EVM dosage.The comprehensive propertie of NBR/EVM vulcanizates cured by composite vulcanization system were the best.
