摘要:为了实现橡胶钢丝粘合强度的动态测量,设计了一台动态加载装置,用来模拟轮胎滚动过程中橡胶钢丝复合体的受载变形。该装置的主要运动部件是凸轮机构,凸轮廓线的优劣关系到设备能否稳定运转和使用性能。通过理论计算,设计了一个盘型凸轮,应用动力学仿真软件ADAMS对凸轮机构进行了动力学和运动学分析,得到了凸轮推杆运动过程中的运动及受力状态,确定了时变载荷对结构的影响,对凸轮机构设计中的不足进行优化,为后续的设计提供理论依据和参考价值。

Dynamic Simulation of Dynamic Measurement Loading Mechanism for Rubber Steel Wire Adhesion Performance

Abstract: To achieve dynamic measurement of adhesion strength for rubbersteel cord, we designed a dynamic loading device. It can simulate rubbersteel cord composite deformation under load during the tire rolling. The main moving part of this device is the cam carrier mechanism. Its design relates to whether it can stably work or not and relates to its life. Through theoretical calculations, a platetype cam was designed. The dynamics simulation software ADAMS was applied on the cam carrier mechanism for dynamics and kinematics analysis. Through the analysis, the force situation of cam carrier during the movement was obtained and the effects of timevarying loads on the structure were determined. Then, we optimized the deficiencies of cam mechanism in design. It provides the theoretical basis and reference for subsequent design.
