摘要: 探讨了不同种类的增容剂对三元乙丙橡胶/尼龙(EPDM/PA)硫化胶物理机械性能和共混胶相态的影响。结果表明:增容剂为CPE时,硫化胶的拉伸永久形变值最小;增容剂为EPDMgMAH时,硫化胶的拉伸强度和撕裂强度最大,DIN磨耗值最小;增容剂为POEgMAH时,硫化胶的扯断伸长率最大。在DSC分析中,增容剂POEgMAH使共混胶中两相的玻璃化转变温度值靠近最大。从扫描电镜照片中看出,增容剂EPDMgMAH对两相相容性的提高最明显。

Influence of Different Compatibilizers on Properties and Phase of EPDM/PA Blends Rubber

Abstract: This paper discusses the impact of physical and mechanical properties of EPDM/PA vulcanized rubber and the phase of EPDM/PA blends rubber with different compatibilizers. The results showed that: The tensile set of vulcanized rubber is the minimuim with the compatibilizer of CPE; the tensile and tear strength of vulcanized rubber are the maximuim with the compatibilizer of EPDMgMAH, and the value of DIN abrasion is the minimum; the elongation at break showed the maximum with the compatibilizer of POEgMAH. In DSC analysis, the compatibilizer of POEgMAH made the glass transition temperature of two phases of blends rubber dose to the maximum value. It can be seen from the SEM images that the compatibilizer of EPDMgMAH obviously improves the compatibility of the two phases.
