摘要: 采用模压法进行发泡,以氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)为研究目标,较为系统地研究了废旧胶粉与CSM共混后对发泡性能以及泡孔结构的影响。3种不同粒径(75、125、180 μm) 的废旧轮胎胶粉与CSM共混后的研究结果表明:胶粉粒径越小,与CSM的相容性越好。当胶粉粒径为75 μm和125 μm时,随着胶粉填充份数的增多,发泡体物理机械性能均相应提高,泡孔结构也相应地发生明显优化。

Blend Foam Properties of Waste Tire Powder/CSM

Abstract: The microcellular foam of CSM blend was prepared by molding method. The effects of different components and microcellular structure of foam for CSM blending were investigated. When three different particle size waste powders including 75,125,180 μm blend with CSM, the result show that: the system presents good compatibility with smaller particlesize waste powder.With the increase in the number of filling powder about 75 μm and 125 μm,the overall physical and mechanical properties correspondingly are improved, the cell structure optimized simultaneously.
