摘要: 研究了常用的表观修饰剂5杂氮胞苷(5AZA)对来源于牛蒡的内生真菌NY1的次级代谢产物杀虫活性的影响,发现菌株NY1被激活后,其次级代谢产物对卤虫杀虫活性明显提升。尤其是添加10 μmol·L-1的5杂氮胞苷时,其发酵液粗提物LD50值降低到0037 mg·mL-1。

Influence of 5Azacytidine on the Secondary Metabolites of Endophytic
Fungus Asperillium Niger (NY1) from Arctium Lappa L.

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of epigenetic modifier 5azacytidine for endophytic fungus from Arctium lappa L. was studied. The results showed that the insecticidal activity of NY1 secondary metabolites became better after it was activated. Especially at the condition that 10 μmol·L-1 of 5azacytidine (5AZA) was added to the culturemedium, the LD50 value of the crude extract from the broth decreased to 0037 mg·mL-1, as a preliminary exploration to activate the expression of the bioactive substances in the endophytic fungus NY1 from Arctium lappa L.
