偏二甲肼的离子色谱分析检测

 摘要:采用离子色谱法建立偏二甲肼的定量分析方法,并对样品中偏二甲肼的含量进行测定。以20 mmol·L-1甲烷磺酸溶液为淋洗液,使用CS12A(250 mm×4 mm)阳离子交换柱,电导检测器,外标法定量。测得偏二甲肼的检出限为005 mg·L-1,在25~1 000 mg·L-1浓度范围内,线性回归方程为Y=502 686X+239 795,R=0999 7。40 mg·L-1和400 mg·L-1水平的平均回收率分别为997%和995%,8次样品重复测定的相对标准偏差为110%。结果表明,采用离子色谱测定偏二甲肼的方法快速、准确、可靠。

 Determination of Unsymmtric Dimethyl Hydrazine by Ion Chromatography

 Abstract: Ion chromatograph was adopted to construct the quantitative analysis methods of the unsymmtric dimethyl hydrazine, to determine the content of the sample. In this method, 20 mmol·L-1 methane sulfonic acid solution was used as the eluent, CS12A(250 mm×4 mm) cation exchange column and a conductivity detector were employed to separate and detect the ions, with external standard method for quantification purpose. The LOD of UDMH was analyzed as 0.05 mg·L-1. Among the concentration range of 25—1 000 mg·L-1, the regression equation of the standard curve was Y=502 686X+239 795,R=0.999 7. The average recoveries under the addition level of 40 mg·L-1 and 400 mg·L-1 were 99.7 % and 99.5 % respectively. The RSD of 8 parallel samples was 1.10 %. Results show that it is a rapid, accurate and reliable method to determine unsymmetric dimethyl hydrazine by ion chromatography.
