摘要:建立了一种同时测定烟草中吡虫啉和多菌灵农药残留的高效液相色谱方法。样品经丙酮超声提取,Cleanert CN固相萃取柱净化、富集。采用甲醇002 mol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=74)为流动相,配备ODSC18柱、紫外检测器的高效液相色谱(HPLC)仪对待测组分进行了分离和测定。结果表明:吡虫啉和多菌灵在02~20 μg·mL-1的范围内线性良好,相关系数分别为0999 9和0997 3。多菌灵和吡虫啉的添加回收率分别在873%~957%和847%~945%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于35%。

Simultaneous Detection of Carbendazim and Imidacloprid in Tobacco with Solidphase Extraction and Highperformance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: A analytical method of carbendazim and imidacloprid pesticide residues in tobacco by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. Samples was extracted with acetone and cleaned up through the Cleanert CN SPE. The HPLC conditions were ODSC18 colum, methanol0.02 mol·L-1 phosphate buffered saline (pH=7.4) as mobile phase, and UV detection at 278 nm. The results showed that carbendazim and imidacloprid in the concentration range of 02—20 μg·mL-1 have a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient are 0.997 3 and 0999 9 respectively. The fortified recoveries of carbendazim and imidaclorpid in tobacco samples were 873%—957% and 847%—945%, respectively. Relative standard deviation was both less than 35%.
