基于PRO/E与AWE的梳棉机机架优化仿真分析

 摘要: 利用三维软件PRO/E对梳棉机机架进行三维参数建模,通过计算机接口技术将模型导入有限元分析软件AWE进行刚强度及模态分析,找出机架结构的静、动力学缺陷。采用电阻应变片电测法对梳棉机机架进行了现场的动应力测试,并对机架的动应力进行了相应的分析,测试结果与有限元分析结果相一致。选择机架的最大变形、最大应力为优化对象,对机架结构参数进行优化,对改进后的机架再进行分析验证,改善了机架结构动态性能,提高了机架抗振能力,为机架结构的合理设计与改造提供了可靠的依据。

Optimization and Simulation Analysis of  Carding Frame Based on PRO/E and AWE

 Abstract: For threedimensional parametric modeling on carding frame with the threedimensional software PRO/E, the model will be imported into the finite element analysis software AWE through computer interface technology about strength and modal analysis to identify the static rack structure and dynamics defects.  The dynamic stress frame corresponding analysis was carried out using electrical resistance strain gauge measurement method for carding frame dynamic stress test site, and the results of the test is consistant to finite element analysis results. It was selected  the maximum deformation of the frame, maximum stress  to optimize the parameters of the frame structure. The optimized frame was proved to improve the frame structure dynamic performance and the  chassis vibration ability.  The investigation provide a reliable basis for the rational design of the structure and the transformation of the rack.
